Three ways to be part of College Day: donate to senior gift bags, exhibit at the resource fair, or volunteer as a college student.
Every senior leaves with a College Day gift bag. Donate items, swag, or gift cards that send them off feeling celebrated.
Donate items →Colleges, scholarship orgs, and community resources can request a table at the resource fair. Limited spots.
Request a table →College students — be the older student you needed. Help run check-in, workshops, and the resource fair.
Volunteer →Every senior leaves with a gift bag — a small, real moment that says "we see you." We're collecting items now.
Branded swag (notebooks, water bottles, pens), school supplies, snacks, dorm essentials. Anything practical and in good condition.
Local restaurants, bookstores, Target, Amazon, Visa — small denominations stretch across many bags.
Handwritten notes from alumni, professionals, and community members. Sometimes the smallest thing in the bag is the one they keep.
We'll arrange pickup or drop-off. Donations accepted through May 10.
Colleges, scholarship organizations, community programs — we want you in the room. Tables are free for nonprofit and educational orgs.
A growing list of colleges, scholarship orgs, and community partners confirmed for May 15. More added as confirmations come in.
Logos are placeholders — log in as admin to upload the real ones.
We'll confirm your table and send setup details in the next few days.
Be the older student you needed when you were in high school. We need volunteers to help College Day run — and the day always ends up changing the volunteers as much as it changes the students.
Welcome students at the door, scan QR codes, hand out name badges, and point everyone toward breakfast.
Help group leaders move students between rooms during rotations, manage time, and keep things on track.
Help exhibitors set up, answer student questions about colleges and orgs, and keep traffic flowing through the resource fair.
Be available for casual one-on-one conversations with high schoolers who have questions about college life.
We'll send a confirmation and a volunteer briefing within a week. Day-of details (parking, where to check in, what to wear) come the week before.
